Realize your dream of becoming a pilot for a day. You'll receive an introductory class in piloting, flight techniques, radio communication, navigation and more. This programme is ideal for all plane-lovers. Divided into theory and practice, the course will teach you everything you need to know to be a pilot for a day in a safe and fun way. The flight takes place in a Cessna 172, the most popular flight training aircraft in the world. It's simple to operate, and your officially recognized instructors will be on hand so you can benefit from their wealth of experience.
Experience Content
First up, you’ll receive a theory class lasting approximately 45 minutes, where you’ll learn all the basics needed to pilot an aircraft. Having familiarized yourself with the plane, it’s time to fly! You’ll be the one starting the engine, taxiing down the runway and before you know it…..taking off! Your instructors will be aboard the aircraft supervising you, and the flight will last roughly 45 minutes. Happy flying!

Duration
You'll be at the centre for approximately 2 hours.
What to Wear / Equipment
Wear comfortable clothes, and don't forget to bring your camera! All the equipment will be provided by the centre.

Group Size / Spectators
The experience is for individuals, although it is possible to have up to 5 planes for 5 individuals. Only one spectator is permitted to board the aircraft per participant for safety reasons. Photos are permitted.
Weather
For safety reasons, occasionaly it is not possible to carry out the activity on planned dates because of weather conditions or technical problems. Should there be any cancellations, the centre will provide alternative dates.

Year round, every day of the week.
Restrictions
Minimum age: 18yrs
Preganat women cannot fly.
Check with the centre if you have a physical condition or disabilty which could be affected by this activity.
Do not fly on an empty stomach.
You'll need to have your passport to be able to access the airport.
Check with the centre if you are significantly tall or overweight.
